The process starts by assigning you a dedicated Wellness Account Manager, who serves as a single point of contact for all interaction and engagement with your organization. Your Wellness Account Manager collaborates with a designated representative from your organization, your Program Manager, to fully execute your annual wellness program.

Your Wellness Account Manager will work with you to:

  • Define your wellness goals
  • Create your annual wellness program and timeline
  • Create your organization’s wellness portal
  • Deliver employee communications and other program materials
  • Schedule and coordinate screenings
  • Support a successful rollout of the Health Risk Assessment, wellness programs, and health coaching
  • Help facilitate a Wellness Committee (if desired)
  • Review progress and recommend future programming on a quarterly and annual basis
